Original ZF steering box for the BMW 2002, completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt using quality replacement seals, gaskets and hardware. The housing has been vapor honed to restore a clean, factory-appropriate appearance while preserving original casting detail.
Each steering box is carefully reassembled using new external hardware, adjusted to factory specifications, and bench tested prior to shipment. Please Note: Steering boxes are shipped without lubricant to prevent leaks during shipping and allow the unit to be installed and filled with the lubricant of your choice prior to use.
